Interest in the upcoming land release at Parklakes 2 has always been steady, and this is reflected in the number of Expressions of Interest we currently have, which is nearing the 40% mark of the total lots available , even though we have not started the media advertising  of stages 12 to 14 at Parklakes 2 Bli Bli.

Currently we only have 3 smaller lots currently available being Lot 453 which is 354 m2 in stage 12 with a 12.5m frontage and Lot 478 and 535 both 360 m2 and both in stage 13 with a 12 m frontage.

There is a good selection of lots around the 450 m2 priced from $322,500 and the majority of these have 15 m frontages, and of course there is the larger traditional blocks being 600 m2 to 795 m2 there are around 17 of these lots currently on offer.

 Below is an overview on the estimated timing of this final release:

At present we can take Expressions of interest with a $1000 deposit, which is fully refundable until  Contracts are signed which is estimated to be around June 2019, your would then need to increase their deposit to $10,000.  The balance of the purchase price is due at Settlement, once settlement has occurred, which is normally about 14 days after registration of the land, then your client will be able to build on the land.

Settlements are estimated to be in the latter half of this year, around November / December for stage 12.
